Admissions & Exams
Once the Roll Number Slip is issued, subject changes are handled as special cases. Please follow these steps:
- Immediately contact the Focal Person whose name and contact number are printed on your Roll Number Slip.
- A prescribed fee will apply for the correction/change as per Board rules.
- Ensure you complete this process well before the commencement of your examination to avoid any issues at the center.
Roll Number Slips are usually uploaded on the portal 10-15 days before exams. If yours is missing, check your application status using your Form No. or contact the Matric / Inter Branch.
Subject changes are only allowed within the timeline specified in the annual notification. A prescribed fee will apply.
Personal Data Corrections
To apply for any correction in your records, please follow these standard steps:
- Download the Online Application Form from the Board's portal and carefully read the instructions printed on it.
- Ensure the form is complete in all respects and all required information is accurately filled.
- Submit the prescribed fee through any designated bank branch or using the online payment options available on the portal.
- Submit the hard copy of the application form along with all required supporting documents directly to the Board office.
Please note: Incomplete applications or those missing required documents will not be processed.
Verification & NOC
No, the process is fully online. Once your fee is verified, the board processes it and notifies you via SMS. You can then download the verification letter from the portal.
E-Migration certificates are processed quickly. Once your fee is verified in the system, your NOC becomes available for immediate download through the candidate portal.
If you are currently enrolled and wish to migrate to another institution, the process is handled through the institutional portals:
- Relieving: Your current (previous) institution must process your "Relieving" through their official Board portal.
- Joining: Once relieved, your new institution will process your "Joining" through their own portal to complete the migration.
